Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Customers must inspect and notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package if there are any issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

  • The item must be returned to our official address within 7 days from the delivery date to qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all attached tags, user manuals, accessories, and the purchase invoice intact.

  • Customer-damaged items or items returned without original parts/packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Full Refund Guaranteed)

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from what you ordered:

    • Please report it to our support team within 48 hours with clear photo/video proof.

    • You are eligible for an immediate free replacement or a full refund (100% money-back).

    • No delivery charges will be deducted from the customer for defective or wrongly sent products. Authentic eBangla will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Customer Remorse / Change of Mind / Size Exchange

  • If you wish to return or exchange a product due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference (without any defect in the product):

    • You may request an exchange for another item or choose store credit.

    • The customer will be responsible for paying the applicable return delivery charge (inside or outside Dhaka).

5. Refund Process & Timelines

  • Once we receive the returned package and inspect the item (usually takes 24–48 hours after arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, or sent directly via Mobile Financial Services (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) or Bank Transfer.

    • Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.
